Looking for construction estimators with 3-5+ years experience across Newbuild and Fitout projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed BOQ’s and variations using CostX
- Summarising scope of works and tenders
- Working with the delivery team to prepare proposals
- Preparing initial estimating assessments of tenders for tender shortlist review
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal procurement team to negotiate pricing
Skills Required
- 3-5 years’ + experience as an Estimator within the construction industry. Ideally in Fitout & Refurbishment and/or newbuild construction
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- Experience Estimating on Retail, Education, Commercial, Government projects up to $15m+
- Advanced in CostX or Cubit & EstimateOne desired, or alike
- Strong communicator, financial acumen and attention to detail
